I think the only movie I have even gone to see this year was Just Friends.
It was pretty damn funny so I 'll go with that one. |

I haven't seen a lot of the films people are mentioning because they haven't been released here yet in the UK but here's mine in no order:
Dig! Mean Creek In Good Company A Very Long Engagement The Life Aquatic With Steve Zissou Broken Flowers The Descent (best horror film of the year) Sideways Tim Burton's Corpse Bride Team America: World Police Sin City Star Wars Episode III: Revenge Of The Sith Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire Million Dollar Baby A History Of Violence Downfall Kung Fu Hustle The Machinist King Kong The Brothers Grimm Worst films: Closer White Noise Crash Revolver The Amityville Horror Most disturbing: The Woodsman/Mysterious Skin Most disappointing: Elizabethtown Wedding Crashers The Chronicles Of Narnia Guilty pleasures: The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie Red Eye Kicking & Screaming Last edited by trackaghost; 12-18-2005 at 03:27 PM.. |

The Descent is awesome
Very few films scare me but that one had me jumping out of my seat too.Wolf Creek is okay nothing special. As for Mysterious Skin, and The Woodsman for that matter, I didn't like either really, although they were well done, but they definitely disturbed me. I felt sick after seeing The Woodsman, it was horrible. |

I think the only movies I saw this year were Rent and Elizabethtown, which were both excellent.

Oh, I just remembered that I also saw Harry Potter. It wasn't that good, but it was better than I expected.
