I watched (as I ate my mammoth bowl of oreo ice-cream) and found it very inspiring and entertaining.

I've only watched this show once and was absolutely amazed by what the participants can accomplish!

I watched it for the first time last night. I can't believe the amount of weight those people lost. I enjoyed it, but felt very lazy about myself.

I never watched the show, but I did catch the guy who won on Regis and Kelly this morning. I can't believe how different he looked! Did anyone else see this, because I was wondering what the hell was wrong with his ears? They looked like they were swollen, or inflated. They almost looked like fake joke ears.
