Default Benefit concert in Vegas

this from Taku's board :

"We will play a total of 30 shows in Italy, covering 29 different cities (we hit Rome twice)... I will truly get a sense of every region of the country. I definitely consider this a blessing and a perk of what I do for a living. Don't worry... I don't take any of it for granted! I am really trying to get my Italian together, and I have struck up an agreement with the background singer (Roberta GranÃ*, one of the top singers in the country who also sings with the two other biggest artists from Italy... Eros Ramazotti and Laura Pausini)... I help her with her English and she teaches me Italian!

Also, I get to partake in some of the best food and wine in the world. It's definitely an amazing experience.

It is definitely a bummer that I have had to miss performances with both Bette Midler (on the Today Show, Late Night with David Letterman, and the Martha Stewart Show) as well as an upcoming benefit concert in Vegas with Stevie Nicks, but I am definitely having a blast. "

This is random but I won 2 free tickets to see the '99 Millenium show at HOB in Vegas.

Would you believe I didn't go? I am not fond of Vegas. It's the tackiest **** hole.

You probably have some good direct flights from over there I'm sure, right?

When I came out in 2001 I flew via San Francisco on the way out and LA on the way back. I would probably fly direct next time though. It was quite pricey though..

Whoever posted this info, thanks!

I'd definitely be down for another Vegas trip, but ONLY if:

1. Stevie does her own show (not a part of a show with other performers)
2. The tickets aren't absolutely CRAZY money. Vegas, as you all know, can be ridiculous with concert prices, let alone a benefit show.
