I used to be able to put my forehead on the floor when I practiced yoga more regularly.

I can touch my forehead with my leg. So weird since I am not at all fit. But years of competive swimming and then a few years of showing this skill off at parties mean I can in fact do that! Not that I listen to Stand Back and do it at the appropriate time or anything.....lol!

I can. I am double jointed and very flexible. I can twist my body into unimaginable positions. My boyfriend loves it.

I can touch my knee to the side of my head, so I guess I can too. It is from years of competition cheerleading and dance, and now pilates is helping me stay flexible.

I can touch my stomach with my hand.
I'm not flexible, I'm "strong".
