Some of the master reels for Bella Donna are dated 8-18-80. How is that possible? Stevie was in Texas performing late-phase, Decadent concerts with Fleetwood Mac.

Stevie, we love you!!

I remember hearing that she was running back and forth during that time to get Belladonna finished, burning the candle at both ends 24/7, as she now had her solo career starting up, plus she planned to keep her commitment to The Mac, no matter what. Anyone else hear this?

The date on many of the reels may not necessarily represent the date the vocals were recorded, but rather the date the track was mixed. Maybe, even the date the reel was dated - which sounds utterly ridiculous, but we're talking about a studio full of high people.
