Chicago White Sox

I've been really torn as to whether or not I want this collapse to happen. The White Sox play in the Same division as the Twins,(My other favorite team besides the Red Sox) and they're been the Twins Biatches the last 3 years. Now that the Twins arent going anywhere this year, I dont know whether or not I want them or the Indians to do it. I don't really hate either team. I'd like to know what the other baseball fans in here think. I remember the Angels collapse in '95 to the Mariners, and I reeally felt bad fot the Angels.

I hate their manager, so I hope the implosion goes all the way. I'm rooting for the Indians. Except in the playoffs.

I abso-frikkin-lutely hate the White Sux...Let 'em choke and watch the playoffs with everyone else.

My friend that lives in Springfield Missouri is a Cubs fan from Chicago and he calls me everyday Chortling about how the Sox are gonna choke. he HATES the White Sox.

I lived in the Chicago area my whole life until this past March. It is impossible to live there and root for both teams. If you're into baseball, you're either a Cubs or a Sox fan, and loathe the other team and their fans.

I've been pretty homesick since I left Chicago, but the one bright spot is that I haven't had to hear all the obnoxious Sox fans gloating for the past 5 months! (Except for my Dad when I talk to him on the phone. He, unfortunately, is a Sox fan. Of course, he's been totally silent on the subject the last few times we've talked. I always tell people "half of my family are Sox fans, the other half are smart!" )

So I say..... CHOKE ON IT, SOX!!!! GO INDIANS!!!!!

Blah. The implosion of the White Sox is something that can finally rival the '78 collapse of the Red Sox, so I think its good for the Red Sox so they aren't alone in the massive implosions category. The Indians will win the division, but then they will lose in three games in the ALDS, since that's what they always seem to do. I'm amazed at how competitive the AL east and AL Central got this year. There's nine games left, and both divisions are still up in the air.
