Default Edy's Slow Churned Light Ice Cream = Heaven

I have found heaven and it comes in a 1/2 gallon container. This ice cream is so good, it really does have the texture of the full fat stuff. It is really really really good. Problem is, its so good that you eat twice as much thus defeating the half the fat benefit.

Yes it is! What's your favorite flavor? I've tried the neopolitan, Strawberry, choc/vanilla, cookies and cream and I think it's fudge tracks. I didn't like fudge tracks very much, but the rest were great. If only they (or anyone for that matter) would make a plain bananna ice cream, I'd be in heaven!

I've tried French Silk, that one is a unique flavor and very delicious, cookie dough and chocolate chip. The cookie dough was the best of that flavor I've ever had. The choc chip is what I got tonite and it is really effin good.

Do you like Chunky Monkey? I love that stuff, but you just want plain banana, no chunks? It would be good but personally I would miss the chocolate.

You know when a sundae is also good? After you've played hookie from work to do Christmas shopping with a friend you top it off with a sundae for dinner. Mmmmmm...

Never heard of Cold Stone.

That place is just sinful. A new Cold Stone just opened by my house and I have to avoid even driving by it.

Oh, I forgot about the cookie dough! Yeah, I just like plain bananna, but I haven't found it anywhere except at ice cream parlors now and then. I just want to be able to go into the groccery store and buy a half gallon of it, but I don't think any ice cream companies make it. I have an ice cream maker, and I do it myself sometimes, but my freezer is usually too full to keep the tank for the ice cream maker in there, so I hardly ever make my own.

One of my favorite's is Baskin Robbins' German Chocolate Cake. Two scoops of that in a cup and I'm happy. I also like their strawberry ice cream. What flavor(s) do you like?

paleshadow-Maybe you could add banana flavoring to plain vanilla ice cream and mix it in real well. Don't know if that would work or not.

Chocolate Mint is my all time fav. I also love their Orange Sherbert. I am not a huge coconut fan, so GCC is not on my usual list.

My fav. is a Brownie Cake Delight with Chocolate Mint - or a Chocolate Mint milkshake - YUM!
