Default In The Meantime survivor: FINAL ROUND
We're down to the final round. There's no surprise here. It's come down to Christine's two terrific singles:

Friend or You Are

Let the voting begin....

Although I love the lyrics of Friend, I'm going w/ You Are for the win because it's so darn catchy, you can sing along w/ it the 1st time you hear it.

Tough choice.....both great songs.

Default Final - You Are
"You Are" for the win. Such a melodic little tune, and the only one on the album penned by Chris alone.

Default Final Round
"Friend," which is probably my favorite, for the win.

(I'm too tired to be grammatically correct about it).

We friends of Friend must stand up and be counted (several times if possible)

Default Friend to win
Another vote for Friend. I love "You Are", but I think "Friend" is even better. Both of these songs stand up very well to her best songs from the 1970's, in my opinion. It looks like this may turn out to be a close vote this time.

Default Final: "Friend" to win.
Just had to come out of my just-begun non-posting period for this.
