Favorite Quotes ABOUT Stevie

[pattymarkle]

I thought this would make a fun thread. What are your favorite quotes about Stevie, said by other people. I'll start this with my new favorite quote from Tom Petty.

"Now Stevie, there's a Cecil B. DeMille movie. This is a person that's larger than life in a hundred ways." Tom Petty

"It's like when you've got a sister in the family that nobody wants to talk about much, you know what I mean?"

"She moves and dances purely because she likes dancing. But she has a split personality. Onstage she's the goddess of whatever, but offstage she's very often like a little old lady with a cold or a sore throat. Yet she's amazing..she can feel like **** before she goes onstage but then she goes out there and pulls out the stops."
-Christine McVie

I'm trying to remember the exact quote from Grace Slick on VH1's "100 Greatest Women of Rock" or whatever the hell it was called. Something like:

"Oh, yes, the witch, the witch. I love her."

Also, a combined quote from me & Suzequze in Vegas in May:

"Stevie is one hot sexy bitch."
