please welcome...my daughter, Stevie Nicks...

CrystalVisions · #1 08-13-2005, 09:23 PM

I just uploaded to my website the classic and timeless 1981 Bella Donna concert, filmed for HBO from the White Winged Dove Tour. The first track, 'Gold Dust Woman,' has Jess Nicks introducing his daughter to the audience, which I thought would be nice to share, especially now...

This sound quality of this concert is excellent, as is Stevie, her band, her songs, and that night ~

Enjoy...

Great idea! Thanks for thinking to do that, Claudia.

Thanks, I will live with that the rest of my life.I remember when the HBO specia
premiered in 1982, I remember staying up late around 2 or 4 am in the morning
to see Stevie. at that time I had no vcr at the time. I can't wait for the DVD version to come out.

You're very welcome! I thought it might be nice to listen to right now. It's also one of my all-time favourite concerts, and it features rare performances of songs like 'Bella Donna' live.

Me, too, except I was lucky enough to catch it in the afternoon, I remember, at a friend's house. I remember it like it was yesterday, and it will always be one of my all-time faves...

Thank you...the beautiful dove photo was one that Tiffany (enchantedsln) had found, and I'm so glad she did and let me use it, as I think it's perfect. It just seems to say it all...thanks again, Tiff.

Thanks Claudia! I actually taped it when it came out on Beta (before I had VHS) Her dad's introduction has always been a moving highlight of the show.

Thank you for that download, I haven't had a good version of angel and bella donna from that show...so I downladed the whole show instead because the whole thing sounded great.

Thanks again

Thank you, everyone, for the kind words!

And I'm so glad everyone is enjoying the concert, too ~ it's one of Stevie's best. Thanks again!
