How do I get a picture on my signature??

I have spent way, way too many hours trying to figure this out.
I want to use a picture that I have in my computer for the bottom of my signature............................................................................
How can I do this????

The letters aren't really spaced out like that but I think that's the only way I can put them in this post. Damn it!

I'm so glad someone posted how to do this! I feel weird without my banners. So what we have to do is enter the URL and put a <> on the ends? I tried that and nothing is changed on my previous post, so I guess I'll try it now and see what happens

Turns out All I had to do was copy and paste the Tag line. (I use photobucket)

It's a bandwidth thing, I believe.....only shows it once per page - saves bandwith
