Default interesting soundcheck in VA

hope this doesn't spoil any surprise, so I will do a few hard returns to go down on the page if you don't want to see.

They soundchecked 'when anyone falls' in Virginia. Soundcheck went somewhat late, say around after 6pm. Sounded nice. Also there was a little instrumental passage that sounded a bit like 'thousand days', but I doubt very much that it would come up.

Thousand Days live would be so....awesome.

I would love to see both of these in the set. Thanks for the info.

A friend of mine told me they also played "How Still My Love" during the soundcheck, with Sharon singing lead.

I'll bet they're rehearsing for the upcoming Vegas show.

Practicing for AHI and Vegas? Lori lives in Phoenix and who knows, she might do a one off in Vegas. I can't picture Stevie singing that song without Miss Lo-retta.

Id much rather have HSML back in the set then IAF, but heh its great shes doing at least some different things at soundchecks. Fleetwood MAc did Big Love, Dreams and The Chain at every freaking soundcheck.

She did it on the TS tour and that version was better than Vegas and WH IMO. A lot more performance. Some nice sax too.

Didn't care for the sax at all.

Over at "Ask Lori" she said this in an answer about future shows:

"Dear Kevin.... Thank you for your loyalty to us and Stevie's music. I'm afraid I won't be able to be with Stevie this summer... but if she goes back to Vegas, I'm sure I'll be there with her."

So, I think she will be in Vegas and I'd be willing to bet Phoenix too. I heard them to "If Anyone Falls" in Vegas and it was WONDERFUL.

It was something new, instead of the lame old boring ending she had for WH. I really liked the TS version.

Yup, that is obviously what they are doing. It will be interesting to see if Lori sings in Vegas again.
