Does Lily count?
I mean the song is often referred to as Rock A Little (Go Ahead Lily)

Christian might count as a character. And yeah, Lily (of the Valley from Mirror Mirror), the Sorcerer, the Creature of the Night. These people don't have names though!
Umm... I've always thought it would be so cool to have a broadway play withh FM/Stevie songs like Mama Mia with all the ABBA songs.

Well, off the top of my head...
How about the queen without a king (though it's taken from somebody else's song) and the blue denim guy? I agree about Baby Doll. Maybe you can get her abalone shell back. The woman swinging from the second story, the woman who refused to wear her coat, the woman at the side of the stage, the woman waiting by the door all these years, the woman who walked into the room after all these years, and the woman who wants the Christmas angel? The people who roam the docklands? Not to forget the forgotten chimpanzee. And don't forget the man in the darklinensuit. I'm told he's a real character. - Jake
