Default Margi Kent

I have never seen Margi Kent, but she doesn't look anything like I pictured. This article calls Kent Gloria Gaynor's personal fitter or something like that. I bet she is in high demand. I'd love to get her to make me a pair of burgundy and black boots. God, I would die.

Does she make boots? I know she has always made all of Stevie's clothes but she doesn't make her boots. That would be the "little old Jewish cobbler who had made them in EVERY color".

I wonder where he is and if he is still alive?

Eh, I don't think so much of Margi. She can't seem to figure out that type corsets that end right at the hips, plus huge amounts of layers, are totally unflattering to Stevie. I wouldn't want her making clothes for me!

Yeah - I went searching for more on her and saw an article at the Nicks Fix where she wrote to a magazine that talked about Stevie's clothes and said something like, "I'm sure your omission of my name was an oversight. I have designed her clothes since 1976".

Okay Margi.

Couldn't be. She wouldn't have been allowed into that store in the first place....let alone, have a fitting.

I have the same article Leigh posted the link for. Nicksfix states that it's from In News Weekly, but, strangely enough, my copy of it is from HX Magazine, with the title 'She's No Diva.'
Stevie's the cover story, and there are other side articles related to her and Night Of A Thousand Stevies.

I always thought it was extremely cool for Stevie to grant an interview to a gay-interest magazine... with pics of half-nude men scattered throughout, and ads for male escorts.

Hmmm...now that I see what she looks like for sure, though, I think she may be a "mystery girl" in a couple of pics with Stevie (I'm picturing early 80's). Anyone?
