Walk A Thin Line or Save Me A Place
Ok, I was just thinking about these 2 songs, two of my favs of Lindseys on Tusk. It seems that SMAP always gets the bettter reviews from professional critics that have reviewed Tusk, but I'll tell you, even though I like SMAP, WATL just knocks me out every time I listen to it. What a genius

Save Me A Place is my favorite Lindsey song, so I choose that one.
I love all of his Tusk songs, though.

Barf or Spew?
JK - those are my least faves on Tusk. Still good, though, I guess. I agree that Walk a Thin Line is better.

I definitely like Walk a Thin Line more.
Save Me A Place is my least favorite track of Lindsey's on Tusk (right behind Not That Funny of course).

hehe. That's what I was going to say. But I don't like either of them better. I dislike both equally.

I prefer Save Me A Place, though Walk A Thin Line is good.

Save Me a Place - it just reminds me soooo much of the Negro Spirituals I grew up listening to. The structure of the harmony is so beautiful - I get lost in it!

"Walk A Thin Line" is one of my favorites on 'Tusk.'
The lyrics, Lindsey's lead vocal, the background vocals, the instrumentation, the production... everything is brilliant. It has a quirky beauty to it, that I find endlessly appealing... and the track comes to a close long before I'm ready for it to end. "Save Me A Place," on the other hand, is not one of my favorites. By a long shot.
