I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I got the following e-mail reply from Soundstage today (6-23-05):

Lindsey Buckingham's Soundstage appearance is set to air during
Soundstage Season 3!

Soundstage season 3 begins airing on WTTW11 on June 30, 2005, and
nationally anytime on or after that date.

The Lindsey Buckingham program is tentatively set to be fed on September
8, 2005, which means it could air in your area anytime on or after that
date. Be sure to check your local listings for details, or surf over to
our online airdate guide at www.pbs.org/soundstage/airdate.htm

At this time there is no way to know whether or not the program will be
released on DVD. Keep checking www.shopwttw.com (click on Soundstage on
the left, and then "view all items" for Soundstage merchandise) for
details!
