Goodnight from the Forum, Oct. 2, 1983

[David]

You know, it's hard for me to ever, ever . . . if you ever really knew me, you know you don't say goodbye to me . . . you say, like, "Later!" It's hard for me to say goodbye to you, so . . . just keep your wonderful things & give them to me after . . . & I want . . . because otherwise, I'll get hysterical.

So, goodnight, & I love you, & thank you so much for coming . . . from all of us.

That sounds like me when I'm drunk.
