Default My Philly Review!!

WHEW!!! what a night!!! AMAZING AMAZING SHOW!!

Stevie looked absolutely gorgeous... she sang her heart out.... I'll go through each song and what she did and my impressions of everything...

Outside The Rain - belted it out, especially "tell me is there anyone in this whole wide world that could ever replace me"... AWESOME!

Stand Back - spun 15 times (i counted)... did a very high kick at the end... had tons of energy... there were visuals behind her on the bac k screen of her spinning around and around taken from the SYW tour.. again, awesome...

Circle Dance - beautiful song and she sang it beautifully..

Edge - AMAZING scream at the end.. spun 20 times after greeting the fans... best she's done in years and years...

Gold Dust Woman - VERY cool... a duet with Don... it was wild..

Beauty And The Beast - just as beautiful as it was in Vegas...

Leather And Lace - flawless!

.... this was absolutely the best Stevie Nicks i have seen since Street Angel, 1994... she was dancing, spinning, she looked soooo thin and sooo beautiful.. her hair was wild and whispy like it was for "The Dance" video.. she was kicking, screaming.. she was wild!!! The energy in that place was incredible... i saw her twice in Vegas and this show puts those performances to shame...

... also, i recorded the show... was it successful??? i'll let you all know in a few minutes

All right, this keeps getting buried in the other thread, Brian did Don sing on Stop Draggin' or was it Waddy?

in my hands anyday now, (It is arriving with the 5/13 & 5/14 shows on audio disc), I'll post my review when I can listen to 'em.

Btw, I prefer your recording 5/10 over 5/11...5/11 has just a bit too much audience noise, But is still a good recording

Unfortunately, tonight's crowd was VERY VERY vocal.. i wish i had been seated far away from the friggin annoying girl and her boyfriend who wouldnt shut the **** up all night.. but unfortunately, i was seated right next to them

i'm listening to the show right now and it sounds great... but you can hear the crowd.. ::sigh::

hopefully tomorrow in Holmdel, i will be seated next to people who arent so rude...

Her energy level was like that i have never seen.. and i have seen her over 50 times.. she was sooo "in the moment"... I can't tell you how impressed i was with all her performances tonight... and the fact that she looked so beautiful, just added to that... i'm so glad i went to tonight's show... i battled through 4 hours of bumper to bumper traffic to get there and through a monsoon on the drive back.. but, was it all worth it?? absolutely~~
