Default Who's planning on going to Vegas?
I just thought that I would start a post for anyone who is planning on seeing Stevie in Las Vegas.

I figured that this would a place where we could post travel advice and stuff. I know that there is info on other threads but this one thread will be a lot easier for people to read.

Ok I will start:

I am going to Vegas May 8th-15th. May 8th is my birthday so this is my present to myself. I had a frequent flyer voucher so what a better way to use it.

I am not sure what shows I am going to see just yet. I don't gamble. I just like to walk around, take photos and eat.

What a great birthday present to yourself. I'm wearing new diamonds so I don't think I'll be going. However, I haven't done my taxes yet so if I get a refund you never know what could happen.

If I didn't have a free airline ticket I wouldn't be going either. It is not going to be a very good birthday so I figured why not go to Vegas.
You ring looks beautiful by the way.

I'm going! I, too, had a voucher for $250 thanks to a debacle with the airline on my way to Atlanta to see the Mac. I'll only be there during the week, though. Prices go up considerably starting Friday night. I plan to go the shows on the 10th and the 11th, and hang out until Friday having fun!

Sigh - I just can't make it all the way to Vegas - and if I could I'd actually opt to see my family over Stevie....oh well

I hope you all have tons of fun - and take plenty of pictures to post for us losers who aren't going

Since I live in Las Vegas, I'll definitely be going to all the shows. I can't wait!

Has anyone been to Vegas and done any kind of tours or anything? I am thinking of doing a Grand Canyon tour or a river cruise mostly to get some nice photos. Does anyone have any ideas?

I'm trying to find a way to. It will probably be during the week. As Amber said, cheaper, especially considering the $150 tix.
