Default One Day at a Time
Well, this is it
This is it
It's your life
It's the one you live
Blah blah blah blah blah *can't remember the last line, too lazy to look it up on some random TV theme show website right now*

The reunion show is on tonight. I used to LOVE that show. Valerie Bertinelli was one of my idols Mackenzie Phillips, not so much

Alas, I'll have to Tivo it & watch it at a later time. Too much to do tonight, too much to watch on TV (Idol, Gilmore Girls, Scrubs & now this.)

Just call up Mackenzie and tell her you are watching her reunion show. Just check out Paris' hack site.

I don't think I've ever heard of it. When was it on?

Hillary, who's in your new avatar?

How funny! I thought of you this morning when Mackenzie and Bonnie Franklin were plugging the show on Good Day Live.

"One Day At A Time"

Well, this is it. (This is it.)
This is life, the one you get, so go and have a ball.
So, this is it. (This is it.)
Straight ahead and rest assured, you can't be sure at all.

So while you're here enjoy the view.
Keep on doing what you do.
So hold on tight we'll muddle through,
One day at a time. (One day at a time.)

So up on your feet. (Up on your feet.)
Somewhere there's music playing.
Don't you worry none
We'll just take it like it comes.

One day at a time. (One day at a time.)
One day at a time. (One day at a time/Na-na-na-na)
One day at a time. (One day at a time.)
One day at a time. (One day at a TIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIMMMMMMMMMMMMEEEE.)

Here's a good website/synopsis of the show - more info than you really wanna know, but fun. http://www.tvtome.com/tvtome/servlet...Day_at_a_Time/

I just wanted to chime-in that this was one of my favorite shows when I was growing up. I haven't seen it in years though, so I'm anxiously awaiting its release on DVD (no official release date yet, but Columbia TriStar says it's "coming soon").

Mackenzie Phillips was always my favorite, and I was ultra-bummed when she left the series (all three times! )... so I was really happy for her when she sobered up and straightened out her life.

Looking forward to the reunion tonight!

I loved this show too. The reunion got a poor rating in TV guide. Plus, I just needed to get away from the TV.

JS your new sig pic rocks, yeah Wonder Woman!

I used to love this show as well, so imagine my delight upon bumping into Bonnie Franklin on Lexington Ave. in the late 80's!

My brilliant line to her? "You're Bonnie Franklin!"

Her equally brilliant reply? "Yeah, I am!"

No wonder I have had no other brushes with fame...

I missed the reunion show last night, because my local CBS affiliate was airing the Carolina/State game.

Thumbs up I loved this show!
I really did, & I watched the reunion show last night. I'd always sing along to the theme song. The women haven't changed all that much. I've always liked Valerie Bertinelli. She's from Delaware originally, & I've always liked Van Halen. (She was married to Eddie Van Halen.) I got mad when Mackenzie Phillips would leave the show though I didn't know at the time why she was coming & going. I'm glad she's straightened out her life now. It is ironic how both her & Valerie are raising kids as single parents now just like Bonnie Franklin did on the show.
