Default New album

Hey. 10 days left and we can buy the new LB album. Great

O.K. of course not. I just remember the LB quote from late summer that on the first of 2005 the new album would be released.
Although our speculation went to March or April... Wouldn`t you guess there would have been some news about it, if it really was that close to the release date? We did not hear anything about the label. We did not hear anything about a possible tracklist. A little interview from time to time. Starting promotion, little hints here and there to start the interest. Not that we didn't already know but I would say, it gets more and more unlikely that the thing gets released in the first half of 05. (including the Soundstage thing then that will be postponed due to that)
My prediction for a new album was late 2006 and I stick by that. Anyone wants to bet against?

You german acidp*sser.
I'll take the bet. Because i'm naieve and hopeful. I say september 23rd 2005.
But I still think he'll be able to manage to do it earlier: around april coinciding with his soundstage-broadcast. He'll close in Down on Rodeo for the new album, cause likely, it will be in that broadcast, too.

I'm just hoping it will include Given Thing.

Default What I would like to see happen.....

Take the songs that didn't make SYW ,record some new songs "together from the ground up" and release a Fleetwood Mac follow up by late spring of 2005.
just do it!!!

Yes it burns May the antibioticum be the new album.
Gerald I come back to you on that. If the thing gets released on september 23rd as you predicted I`ll post a picture of me wearing the underpants on the head. If not I guess you will do the same, right?

To the FM album thing. We had that with SYW. I would have prefered GOS more. SYW was a nice album- but there were too much soft pop songs that I had liked to be replaced by more Red Rover- like stuff.

I agree! I actually want both, but Liddy needs to put his much-promised album out first. And tour. Please.

THEN another FM. And tour.

Hurry up.

I was just thinking about this the other day, Stefan, and becoming depressed thinking it's not happening again. Late 2006 is better than never.... and I'm paranoid that's what it will be.

I agree! That is what I think he should do. He would be happier for it as well.
