Help with IMG code!

[Moony]

Hey all-
I'm trying to put an image in my signature, but it won't display! Instead it just comes up as a hyperlink. And for some reason, in the little posting rules box - it says the IMG code is off (at least, on the edit sig page. every other page it says "on"). ? How do I turn it on?
