Who's the woman in this picture with her?

[GateandGarden]

Who is this person? I've never seen this pic before. I found it at this site.

I couldn't open the direct link, but looking at the filename I'm guessing you mean the picture of Stevie hugging the person in white. That's Rosie O'Donnell, from when Stevie appeared on her show in 2001.

The link wouldn't work for you? It worked for me. Well, whatever the case, that is the picture I was talking about, and I guess it didn't occur to me that it was Rosie O'Donnell because I don't think I've ever heard Stevie and Rosie in the same sentence. Are they friends, or did she just appear on her show?

She was on the show and it was one ofhebest interviews she has ever done. That show was so much friggin fun...Rosie singing along with the songs on her push button tape thing. Too cool.

[Serrart]

I haven't seen the interview, but only listened to Stevie performances (Every Day and Landslide) and they were really great, in my opinion.

It was great. Rosie asked all the cool fan questions a real fan would ask.

Anyone know where I can obtain a copy of this show. I would love to get a copy.

There's a transcript at http://www.nicksfix.com/index.htm

Go to articles/interviews and scroll down until the transcripted interviews.

[Nicks Fan]

I have seen the transcript but does anyone know where to obtain a viewable copy of the show?

I was at the show taping with Rhiannon1119 and it was great. She was really relaxed and chatty. Rosie was oooing and ahhhing over Stevie the whole time and told Stevie that HAEWAFY was one of her fave songs. They even chatted about soap operas I think... Stevie performed EVERYDAY and LANDSLIDE. Also, Rosie mentioned THE DANCE and told Stevie that she has watched it about 10,000 times. Just like one of us I suppose....

WOW! Did you know she was going to be a guest?

Yes, we knew ahead of time. It was not just a coincidence!

I taped this. Ive watched it many times and its always great to see again. This is a classic interview, but stevies boob looks very uncomfortable and sticking out the whole interview and it just distracts me! LOL!

That is because they were pushed higher to heaven in her sausage casing corset

Seriously, I love this interview. I think Stevie is lambent in it AND I love the way she sells the last "BBREEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATTHHEEEE" to the back row you and I love those arm gestures after the break in the song when it goes into the repeating chorus. Of course, I like this song ALOT so . . . .
