Question Favorite TV theme show songs?

Well, I found this website http://www.melaman2.com/tvshows/index.html today and have been enjoying some old TV theme show songs. Some bring back fond memories of shows I love and adore, such as Quantum Leap and Wings (a show I am enjoying again on Nick at Nite!!).

What TV theme show songs do you like? Some of my faves:

The Monkees (Hey hey, we're the Monkees!!)
Wings (One of my fave TV shows and I love the Schubert classical theme)
Quantum Leap (Catchy theme you can hum along with, TERRIFIC show!!!)
The Rifleman (Hummable and cool)
Twin Peaks (Best show EVER and the music is greatness!)
Fresh Prince of Bel Air (Yes, I know all the words. LOL)
The Addams Family (silly and weird like the show *snap snap*)
Knight Rider (Cool car, cool theme)
Benny Hill Show (hilarious music)
Dukes of Hazzard (good kuntry stuff)
The Fall Guy (cute song sung by the Fall Guy. Heh)
Gidget (Love that 60's hep cat singin')
Golden Girls (love the show and love to sing the theme)
Green Acres (is the place to be....Long live Hooterville!! LOL)
Moonlighting (when Bruce was hot and the show was good)
Night Court (love this show and has a cool theme)
Partridge Family (C'mon get happy )
Saved by the Bell (I've seen every ep, even the lame New Class, College Years, Hawaii special, etc. LOL)
What's Happening (Hummable and fun)

I love TV theme songs. In fact, when I was a kid, I used to sit by the TV with my little portable tape-recorder, and I'd tape the themes to my favorite shows.

Of course, this was an extremely low-tech approach, and invariably my dog would bark right in the middle of the song!

Some of my all-time fave theme songs, then & now:

Wonder Woman
Gimme A Break
The Dick Van Dyke Show
The Mary Tyler Moore Show
Alice
One Day At A Time
The Jeffersons
Happy Days
Laverne & Shirley
The Carol Burnett Show
Maude
The Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew Mysteries
Charlie's Angels
Three's Company
The Brady Bunch
The Partridge Family
Knight Rider
Dark Shadows
Full House
Family Matters
Perfect Strangers
Mr. Belvedere
Who's The Boss
Diff'rent Strokes
Delta
Golden Girls
The Nanny
Friends
The Simpsons
Family Guy
Quantum Leap
Monk
Sweating Bullets
Dukes Of Hazzard
The Fall Guy

Oh, and probably a bunch of others I've forgotten.

Exclamation Lol

I recorded not only some theme songs, but shows or parts of shows. I know, I'm weird. I just downloaded The Munsters and I LOVED that show as a kid, and I like the theme song too.

Yet, ANOTHER site for themes. I have a sickness. LOL

http://www.barbneal.com/tvthemes.asp

Another cartoon whose theme I loved...Hercules.
