"Mystic River" Deluxe DVD

I bought this not too long ago. It comes with the soundtrack, which is a lovely bonus. If you really enjoyed this movie, I suggest this particular DVD.

Just 'cause the extras are cool.

I got it when I went to the mall to see Stepford Wives and love it. I always thought it should've won for best picture, not Lord of the Rings.

The only is that the ending KILLS me. It's heartbreaking. And I just didn't like how it ended on such a cold and bitter note. Laura Linney was such a cold bitch that I felt like punching my TV. Ugh!

This just may have to be my husband's father's day present. I wanted to see this when it was in the theaters, but didn't have a chance. (Gees, I haven't seen a non-animated movie in the theaters since Titanic! No lie!)

Just saw the movie yesterday...but Blockbuster only has the single disc version for rent. It doesn't have many "special features"...only a few trailers and the alternate language dialogue tracks.
