According to Ticketmaster, "In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of the applicable event, mgt shall not be required to issue a refund provided that you are given the right, within 12 months of the date of the orig. event to attend a rescheduled performance of the same event, or to exchange," etc.
My problem may be this: My sister-in-law is supposed to go with me to the show tomorrow, but her 10 month old is sick. She isn't sure if she'll be able to go or not, and won't know until tomorrow when she sees how her daughter is doing. I don't know anyone who would want to buy her ticket. My non-fan husband wants me to try to get us refunds, but obviously I still plan to go. But what do you think my SIL's chances are of getting a refund? Thanks, Carol |
