Default micks board and tickets

has anyone over at micks board expressed any ticket buying experiences in a positive light or expressed any plusses with the new club take over> or are they finally starting to realize that all the hollering we did was for a good reason.

I don't know, but I think I'm starting to realize that it's all just a dream.

Well they are as pissed off with the new club as we are but some people over there are choosing to blame those who fought to get Todd and sabremark out

are you serious, now they are blaming the people who got rid of Todd, hmmmm then they should be angry with FM, we complained because todd was not doing his job... so if this new club comes thru with their tickets are they going to thank us. they are just passing the buck over.

Big difference with the new club--they've pledged to refund anyone who's not completely satisfied! That's a far cry from the treatment fans got with the toad. No matter what, those people will never admit the wrongs done and will never thank the people who went way out on a limb to improve things for everyone.

as i stated on another thread, til someone get a successful refund in their hand then i wil believe it, remember the promise the club is offering row 1 -30, if you get row 29 and dont like it, i can bet you will receive a whole new clause regarding refunds because you got what they offered. do you think they will be able to handle the mass requests for refunds two weeks before the concert? Although i hope i am wrong and that this new club is worthy. the ppl at micks board are delusional about what is right and what is wrong.

Has anyone that has actually ordered tickets from the fan club found out where they are sitting yet?? The club says you can find out a few weeks after you order and haven't the presales been going on for more than two weeks now?? I just want to know if anyone that ordered the cheaper package (not the bronze one) actually got a ticket in the first or second rows?

Well, I did the presale 2 weeks ago & still don't know. I posted a thread on Mick's Board asking if anyone's heard about the 2/24/04 presale yet - no replies yet (why am I not surprised?)

Just a comment - I post here and on Mick's Board ( I found Mick's first, but now prefer the Ledge.) I am not pissed at anyone in particular about the fanclub bull****, it's become more of a joke now. I've been burned, what can I do but NOT join again?

I never understood why there's so much animosity between posters on this board & that board - I know people within the community were treated pretty crappy over there, but I would think that's the Board admins, not the fans posting. Did I miss something?

Paula

PS - I have noticed recently that posts about boots, trading, etc. no longer seem to be deleted/edited on Mick's. In the past whenever someone mentioned unreleased stuff it was gone in a flash. Not sure what's changed...

Don't know where my seat for Madison or Raleigh is yet. My show in Mansfield is going on sale through the fan club today. I really think that the presales will be over before we will have any idea where the seats are located. This really is a gamble because I know that it is hard to get good seats for some sheds. I figured I'd give the club a chance.

Another thing that I am worried about. They promise the first 30 rows ( which anything after row 9 is not good to me) but are they going to be in the center or way off to the side. I have already rejected close seats that were too far off to the side for me on TM.

I also thought that the tickets were assigned in order of seniority with the fan club. This also seems to be unclear.

Pattie, I think I read that you bought a ticket through a broker. I was wondering if they let you buy just one ticket? When I've gone through a broker before they said I had to buy at least two tickets.

I split the pair with someone else. No they usually sell in pairs only. What show are looking to split with someone? I can PM you the link.

I was just curious. I am planning to go to all of the Northern California shows.
