Default Commercials: Another flakey post. You're warned.

The Blue Water/toilet mint reference got me thinking. I'm old enough to remember the GYOW Mountain Dew commercial.
Stevie's music is sacred, no doubt, but if we might allow ourselves to delve into the mundane, which Stevie songs could be used to sell products?

Gold Dust Woman - Gold Bond Medicated Powder

Running through the Garden - Allegra (That is an allergy medication, right?)

I Miss You - the phone company

Nightbird - Nyquil

Wild Heart - aspirin as heart medication

If Anyone Falls - "I've fallen and I can't get up" gadget

Gold and Braid - the Flowbie

The Nightmare - Sealy Posturepedic Mattress

(Hey, I did warn you this was flakey.) Other nominations?

Love this one. Also, the Wassamaddababay lines could be for Pampers, showing babies in leaky diapers.

I'm obviously losing my mind but I keep seeing a Chex commercial and I swear that it sounds like they're using the opening bars of Tusk! This might fall into the "You know you're a FM fan when commercials begin to remind you of the band!"

How 'bout "Talk to Me" for any long distance carrier?

Jessica - a flowbie is that strange contraption that's part vacuum cleaner/part hair clipper. It sucks your hair up into a bunch of sharp blades that magically cut your hair perfectly. Quite a scary product....

And only for use on the scalp, one might add.
