Richard - my friend who drives took me to work, and he says they have started, they're doing the concrete, and there are cranes and stuff all 'round.

Thanks, Amber. From your photo, it looks like work has begun, it looks like two distinct bridges next to each other or at least the beginning stages. It's just hard to tell in the photo.

Yeah, he said no bridge yet. He intimated those are cranes and structural helpers.
