But I think what's unfair is that if the show goes on and you decide to stay home for safety reasons, you lose the value of your ticket.

I know that your life is more important than the concert price, but given that this is an event of national disaster proportions, just because the organizers decided to go through with it doesn't mean people who stayed home should lose money.

So, if Stevie is going to be there, I hope that those who attend have a great time. But it'd be nice if those who decided to stay home got a refund. I wouldn't say that for any storm, but this one has been on the news across the country for two days now. It's not just people over-reacting -- well, there may be an over-reaction, but the media, mayor, governor, and first responder authorities are leading it and so a concert-goer who heeds them shouldn't suffer.

Michele

I really hope everyone who decides to go has a safe trip there and back, and during the show. Same to Stevie and the band, as well.

Also, hope everyone has a great time as always.

I don't think so. Rain or shine last I heard and they moved the times up an hour to accommodate dear Irene.....

Well, since the house probably won't be full, people should be able to move down to some pretty nice seats.

If I had tickets to this show, I wouldn't go after reading all those butthurt comments on the venue's Facebook page. Why would you want to watch a concert with a bunch of people like that?

Maybe I'm wrong, but I really doubt that Stevie herself is sitting there ordering people to go on with the show because she's "an ass" and is full of "corporate greed."

No, it isn't team Stevie; it's LiveNation calling all the shots here.

What if she said that she wouldn't perform? Would they reschedule?

I was thinking that, but if she said she was sick and cancelled for that ostensible reason, they'd have to accept it.

But, of course, promoters and everyone involved would lose a great deal of money, whether the show was rescheduled or cancelled outright.

The money grubbers at bethel should hope and pray that there are no problems as I have sent them repeated messages alerting them to possible problems

Broadway shut down. Guess bethel is bigger than broadway in their minds

Oh for gods sakes! Words fail me..

Really? Why do you think that just because YOU can't go to a show means that it should be cancelled for everyone else? I'm here and the house looks fairly well filled. And the weather is just beautiful - overcast with a slight cool breeze. I feel sorry that you are unable to attend, but one must do what one must do. I fled to Pennsylvania. I'm not complaining or trash talking promoters or Stevie herself. There are obviously thousands who agree with me because they are here with me tonight.
