he'll also start making a big deal about stretching. He's not just stretching, he's actively stretching. Like "hey, lookat me, I'm stretching" meanwhile, he's taking up my whole living room floor (yes, my apartment is that small) while I'm trying to peacefully drift around my house cleaning and stuff.

Sounds like a tough situation. I would probably feel sorry for her... she sounds lonely. I'm sure I would eventually become annoyed, like you are and cut off all contact with her. Yeah - I'd like to avoid outright saying, "You're annoying - I don't ever want to see you again.

I thought about saying, "it's not you, it's me. I hate you"

Seriously though - I do feel sorry for her - which is what makes this harder.
