Sunday nights Grammys was ruined do to the cancellation crap on screen and the news interruptions. I hope there wont be another storm around to screw up David Letterman's show when this airs.

It was said at the time that Ellen specifically requested Stevie perform "Stand Back," and she was invited back to perform "Secret Love" as a thank you when the album was released.

Yep, apparently Stand Back is one of Ellen's favorite songs. She wanted Stevie to sing it.

It would be pointless to bring all of the Sound City players to Letterman for a song that would mostly be just her and Dave. I really don't even think Landslide is a possibility.

Yes, and that appearance was really to promote the Rod/Stevie tour. Rod did one of his greatest hits on the same show. Promotion for IYD would come later.
