Sound City Players on Letterman

Grohl and the Sound City Players, along with Fleetwood Mac’s Stevie Nicks, will make their network television debut on the February 14th episode of The Late Show with David Letterman. Letterman has never hid his love for Grohl’s music even recruiting the Foo Fighters to play Everlong on his first show back after heart surgery, referring to it as “my favorite band playing my favorite song.

Oooh...I wonder what they'll play?

My guess is maybe "Stop Draggin..." as it is relatively well-known, and will feature both Stevie and Dave singing.

Maybe the producers will allow a longer segment for music and let them rock out GDW? One can dream...

I hope they'll do You Can't Fix This

February 14th, I'm assuming?

This is taking more time away from the Fleetwood Mac GYOW tour rehearsals...

That's why this tour is different. Instead of Stevie not being present in the studio, Stevie won't even be present in rehearsals this time around! ;) But maybe the show won't seem so rehearsed and robotic.

me too. we've heard the other songs more than enough times. i would think the whole point would be to promote the Sound City project and get people excited enough to buy that album.

With that type of reasoning Stevie surely might sing Stand Back! ROTFL:]
