Kinney once got a petition of support for Stevie signed by about
1000 Nicksfixers in thanks for the support that she's given in
recent years to the troops. The petition was sent to Congress
with a flag, which was flown over the Capitol Building for
one day in her honor and then presented to her along with a
certificate. In my opinion Nicksfix would be the right place to
do a petition. Can you imagine how many people would sign it?

I also believe there is an e-petition website, and you can forward it to whomever via email...I'm not sure of the logistics...but I wanna say it is http://www.petitiononline.com/

Just a thought...

Just opinion but I don't think any nomination would end up
"on the back burner" just because they receive one letter.
The worst that could happen is they'd chuckle a little and
then throw it in the recycle bin. It'd just be another day
at work for whoever, and they're probably not looking to
crush, kill and destroy everything that moves - just to finish
the day without getting fired and then go home and wonder
w t f happened to E.R. and why it's still on this season.....
