I love the vocal and the lyrics, not crazy about the music though.

I love the Rumours era version much better than the solo one. I don't like the extra stuff that is in the solo version "And the heart says DANGER" . . .

To me, that part doesn't seem to flow with the rest.

BTW, just to torment you, I'll mention that I think Street Angel is on a level with Silver Girl. I like both, but they are not favorites.

Not even close. But the lyrics are better than the music, I'll give you that.

I guess it holds a special place in my <3. The story in the song acutally happened to me. ...and I rarely say that.

I never pictured you in a top hat and a scarf. And I never say that.

You've never seen me dress. You'd be surprised on what I wear. And yes, I have worn a top hat and scarf at the same time.

Don't expect me to ask on what.

Default Thinking about Think About It

I really like this song. It's probably in my top 20. I love every version, and think the lyrics are very personal.....well, to me anyway....it's kind of amazing... The one from Rumours is pretty kick-ass, but the version on Bella Donna is waaaaaay more heartfelt, in terms of the vocal from Stevie.

Honestly, I am unable to understand why this didn't make the 1976 Rumours album - but, then again, I don't know what it could have replaced. Maybe Oh Daddy. *wink*

Uh, wow this is tough. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Rumours version. It is fun, upbeat and totally charming. I like the BD version ok but in my little head it pales in comparison to the Mac version. I prefer it a bit faster and with Lindsey singing on it. (I'd rather him sing on everything with her anyway so, no surprise)
