Alex, you look great! I have seen you in person in Vegas and I can say that you look wonderful. You didn't look bad before in those Madison photos but I know how you feel. I think that second one was taken by someone a bit too short to capture a good angle anyway.

Seriously, you should be very proud of yourself!

It is not easy. Congrats on a job well done!

Congrats, Alex. I remember some photos you posted quite awhile ago and could tell when I met you (briefly) in Vegas that you'd slimmed down. You look great

That's really an amazing change..way to go!

And the shirt you're wearing in your AFTER pics looks very similar to the one in your before pics, although I know there's now way with that amount of weight loss that it is the same.

Wow!!! I didn't know someone could lose that much weight so quickly. You must have been really motivated. What was your diet like?

I know you said that you did a lot of cardio, but how much is a lot? Like miles and miles each day? Because seriously, that is so much weight that you lost it is unbelievable! Congrats!

Good for you, in this day and age of surgery mayhem! My boyfriend has lost *250 lbs* all on his own...it can be done, people!
