some kind of mexican savoury sauce with cacao in it.. tasted good!
I just wanted to let you know this was likely mole sauce, in case you ever want to have it again.

I don't have the patience to answer every choco-question, but I am really into the dark stuff now (although I do go through compulsive phases with Peanut M&Ms). Cocoa percentges in the 70's are the best! Some of them are so dark, they have almost a dirt essence (but in a good way, if you can imagine...). I like plain or with almonds. Hot chocolate and brownies are both awesome...hot chocolate made with at least whole milk or coconut milk!

There is a pnenomenal brand of chocolate bars called Dagoba. The umpteen flavors are beyond imaginitive. Dark chocolate with chili peppers is SO good! They also have ones flavored with lavendar or rose, or a host of other wacky-gourmet flavas. A "must try". There are lots of yummy "milk" flavors too, for you lightweights .

Chocolate with chili pepper? Hmm, I don't know about that.. although that does combine my like for hot food and like for chocolate! Haven't seen that brand around here.
Yeah, the 70% + chocolate is the best, I love it too!
