Sorry for the yelling, but that's my fave show EVER and I want all 29 (yeah, they only made 29 eps, but lame a$$ shows that went on for 30 friggin years get released on DVD...bitter, table for one. LOL)
I'm a psychotic TP fan, and I'm so ticked by it myself. The quality of the first season DVDs is so stellar- I mean, they really did it right. They could do it half as right for the second season (since most of it was only half as good as the previous), and it'd be fine.

I have all my old VHS copies still, though- from that huge VHS boxed set they put out back in the day that cost an arm and a leg.

Speaking of TV shows on DVD, I need to save up for Dead Like Me's first season. And Season 7 of Buffy (obsessed, etc).

Those shows were after my time, so I never thought they were anything but dumb. But please don't be insulted; in my day I liked Gimme A Break.

Best show EVER! My friend got me hooked on this in high school (1994, so it was off TV by then). Some girl brought a video of the show one day to her journalism class and they watched it, she got hooked, then proceeded to get me hooked.

She bought a ridiculously expensive set, only to find out she bought the first SEVEN only!! ACK!! LOL She then, bought the entire 29 eps on video, and made me copies of them all, since I recorded The Fugitive and some other movie for her. LOL I played my tapes OUT, they look horrible. I bought the DVD for the pilot on Ebay, then the first season. I also have two sets of trading cards. Hehe.

Did you watch them on Bravo with the Log Lady's intros?

Who are your fave characters?

Mine are Dale Cooper, Audrey Horne, Big Ed, Sheriff Truman and Albert Rosenfeld.

I cannot STAND Donna and James. LOL *GAG*

I did watch them on Bravo! I am still so pissed, though, because one of my friends in middle school borrowed my Bravo copies and accidentally taped over half of them, so I lost my Log Lady intros at that time. I was so pissed!!

I love Dale, the Log Lady, Andy, and Audrey... but Albert was my absolute FAVORITE. His speech to Truman still ranks as my favorite TP moment, ever. Even now whenever I see Miguel Ferrer in anything, I will watch it, no matter what it is.

I also totally HATE Donna and James myself. Especially that horrible plot with James leaving town, with that woman and her brother... totally stupid. I also always disliked Nadine.

My favorite TP collectible is the board game! I don't have the trading cards, though.

Actually...wasn't his name Glomer? As is in "glow-mer" that what I thought..but I didn't really like the cartoon...

But man..I just saw the first season on DVD this weekend and totally freaked out...I LOVED that show....the ones where Punky is like being taken away from Henry because he's in the hospital..omg..those totally made me cry...

I also had a Punky doll, and a punky coloring book....and I used to wear a bandana (okay I only did it once) around my knee hahaha....

Small Wonder....that show was horrid...but alas, I watched it as well...hahaha..I, too, was a tv addict...

Does anyone remember Out of this World...with Evie? I also loved that show...

Gimme a Break...another I watched. Lil Joey Lawrence coming on the show, when the dad died and Grandpa. BWAH!!
