I taped it, but haven't watched it yet. Yeah, it's another anticlimatic show. I knew they didn't want a woman as a lead singer, & I knew it would be JD. He's cocky enough to fit in their band. I really don't like him, so I don't know if I'm going to like the new INXS.

JD sucks. I have to work with that chump now.

I thought Marty's performance with INXS was fantastic, and that JD's was... boring. Then again, I hate "What You Need" and have hated it more every week that goes by where they make some hack sing it.

You didn't want to Marty to win anyway though. If you have any JD anecdotes, I'd love to hear them.

I'm already starting to hear a little bit about the INXS tour in the states... large-ish theatres, $60-$70 top ticket, in January/February or so. It should be... interesting... to see how it does.

I just wonder who they're going to get for the next version of Rock Star. We were joking today in the office that maybe it'll be Rock Star: Blind Melon. "You're just not right for our band, Blind Melon." "Yeah, Contestant #1... we'll need you to sing 'No Rain.' Same goes for you, other two. That's the only song we have."

I was wondering who would be next season's band. The only one that immediately comes to mind is Alice In Chains. I'm sure there are many more though.
