Exclamation Good gravy

Suzie - WhyTH did they give her such a tongue bath? Constantine blew that song out of the water on AI....she was so boring. She didn't go for the high note or anything....WTH? I hope she's gone tonight. Blergh!!!!!!

Ty - Eh. He will probably be going tonight.

JD - Eh...he was okay, not great, not bad. Thought he looked kinda hot.

Jordis - Hate the song (whatevah), she broke her voice well though. Boring for me.

MiG - He was so energetic even though I don't care for this song either.

Marty - Holy sweet Moses. Spellbinding. Love the song and he sold it. Choo choo...I am on his train now. Would love to hear more of THAT voice.

I loved the orchestra too but the choir didn't seem all that great?

I love Jordis's voice but she does love the camera, smiling through the entire song.

Ty's good but his hair is just to distracting for me.

Don't like Mary.

JD's an asshole and his explanations for things is a load of horse ****.

Suzie's ok but I don't think she's strong enough voice wise to win and besides, a girl ain't gonna win this

Mig's just hot so he has my vote. He doesn't need to sing, he can just stand there. I love a man who cries.

Thumbs up

This has been brought up before, but it bears repeating. Why no FM songs?

Out of the remaining six, here's an FM song for each of them to do. I won't get too deep into their catalog, as they make these people sing every song you'd hear at a karaoke bar.

Marty-The Chain. I think he has the right style to out the anger and emotion in this song. Think of LB on the Mirage tour. Yeah, that kind of angry.

Ty-Tusk. Just because.

Mig- Mig needs a good rockin tune. Let's give him...I'm so afraid!

JD- JD is (most likely) getting voted off tonight anyway, and since I hate him, he doesn't get to sing an FM song. So there.

Suzie- I guess Suzie can have Rhiannon. Or maybe Dreams.

Jordis- GDW for sure.

I hate myself for being so hooked on this show. I think it's a very cheesy and tacky way for INXS to replace Hutchence and move forward.

But it got me to drag out the old Cd's that I haven't listened to in 10 years or so. My god, what a fantastic band they were.

And I love the weekly concerts because, unlike American Idol, I love nearly every song they sing.

I will likely not follow the band when this show is over. For a long time, I thought JD was the only one who could front the band because he could pull off singing the old stuff. But I just can't stand him. Hutchence had natural sexiness; JD is a poser.

The remaining folks are all very talented, but I can't see any of them as the lead of INXS.

Smile I just watched last night's show

on tape. I always watch it before the results show. I have to say that I liked Jordis again. And surprisely, I liked Marty. Usually he screams his songs, & I thought he really put some softness & feeling in this Pink Floyd song.

I just don't like J.D., Mig or Ty. Yeah, Ty's hair is too distracting; he needs to join a punk rock band or something. I think J.D. & Mig think too highly of themselves & they shouldn't.

I just don't like Susie. I think she's improved, but I just think she could cut it as the lead singer of INXS.

Ty is gone, as I suspected.

Not surprised that Ty is gone. I also think Jordis showed her lack of range in regards to INXS songs. I think she has a great voice but I'm not sure she can handle fronting a band with songs that require so much energy. She may be the next to go.

I'm not a fan but JD may be the eventual winner because he does fit the mold they may be looking for. I would like to see Suzie win. She has a great voice and I think people will be less inclined to compare her to Michael Hutchence as they will if one of the guys ends up winning.

I think Jordis will be leaving too. I can't see her fronting INXS. Her performance last night was bland. I think Suzie has a good chance of winning as well as Mig. I didn't think Suzie's performance of Bohemian Rhapsody was all that though. It was ok but I liked Constantine's version on AI better.

I agree. I think Jordis may be next. I think Hayley was right in her earlier post. If Marty or Suzie win, they'll never have a career. And I really like them so if they don't win it could be a blessing in disguise. I see JD play weddings and bar mitzvahs.

Well, I think Jordis may be in jeopardy. Did anyone get a chance to watch tonight?

Jordis will have to do what she hasn't been able to do well to stay on the show - and that is to do a good cover of an INXS song. As much as I hate to say it - JD has what it takes to front this band. I thought he did very well on both songs tonight. I loved Trees by Marty and it could be a hit for him on his own if he doesn't make the band. Of course, they may also want the song enough to take Marty. In the end I think it will come down to Marty and JD.

Agreed. She is lackluster and uninspired. Dave was right when he asked her if she has lost her spunk.

Mig was okay.

Marty gets on my nerves.

Suzy is awesome, but not right for the band.

JD had the best original song, IMO.

In conclusion, no matter the winner, the band is doomed.
