I miss the Aztec landing pad stage floor.

Or any real good looking stage setup.

IMO - She hasn't had an interesting looking stage since the Enchanted tour.

Stevie's hand-tinted photos in her album artwork
Singles with non-album B-sides

I miss Stevie's old voice--I bet she does too.
The crazy drugged-out dances she used to do in 6-inch high heel platform shoes.
Yes, the HHWIII album covers.
and Good art direction in her tour books. That vanished after the Wild Heart tour I think.

Yes yes yes. Not to make comparisons, but Imoved recently and I came across Madonna's Sticky & Sweet tourbook from a few years back - my goodness it was nearly half an inch thick and filled with full page high gloss color photos!

I know Stevie loves her brother and wants to let him in on her career, but he seriously needs to give up the tourbooks, give up the t-shirt design - and most of all give up the fan club rights to someone who will actually DO something.

SEVERAL things about Rhiannon...First off, I miss it being at the end of the concert. That song was and is her signature piece. Ok, I guess I should clarify that I miss it being last in her solo sets as it was always about the 5th song in on FM tours. As someone mentioned earlier, I miss Lindsey's guitar solo and the longer interlude part. When I saw The Dance concert on MTV I was gearing up for Lindsey's solo only to have it squashed. I've also noticed since then that the interlude gets shorter and shorter. There use to at least be a few minutes and now it's literally about 15 seconds before the "dreams unwind" part. For a song that used to be such a showstopper for them, they've really axed that notion completely.

On the solo Rhiannon, I miss the Roy Bittan style piano intro. This continued til RAL and then it changed until we permanently have the Dance version.

On Dreams, I miss the "and what you HAAAAADDDDD", but, more important, I really have missed the final belting out of "well, women they will come and they will go etc etc." It always seemed like such a fitting climax to the song and the way she used to punctuate that line. That's been gone for way too long.

Oh, and the square mic.

I miss "shacking up" with Curtis at the Imperial Hotel.
I don't really miss much since we have youtube and you can relive it over and over. I know she's gotten older, but I would love some more movement on stage besides 10 twirls.

I miss the cool bootleg cds with great artwork on them. Sorry but they were 'Cool' to me esp since like all of this stuff isn't gonna ever get 'offically' released. Like all the 'live' songs etc (Stevie and Mac) same for dvd's too.
I miss the great Stevie Fanzines we used to have. Yes, with the Net you can see things in an instant but I love looking through my old paper fanzines. I loved it when my 'snail' mail came and still do. Just not as much anymore though. Or the goodies I used to get from penpals in the snail mail too. Tapes/photos it was a fun time.
I do miss Stevie's 'vocals' from 78-84 and look. Those are my favorite times. Not that I don't like her 'now' but that will always been my favorite time.
I miss more rare songs getting 'out there' and rare photos too. That always keep me interested really. Don't really get that too much more now a days.
I miss the great logo writing on the LP covers (I'll always love the BD and WH writings even RAL/Mirror--Enchanted's nice but not the feather.)
I miss hearing about 'rare' promo items from tours or rare posters from LP's.
I miss 'B' sides too (others have mentioned this).
I miss Stevie's colored boots (blue/red/pink/creme she states she has like 40 pairs all in different colors--some article sorry don't recall)
I miss the colorful outtfits and shawls on stage. I miss the in between chatter.
I guess I'll always miss alot but it is what it is. I could probably keep going but I'll stop for now.
