Why do people still want Sorcerer in the list - Worst song she has ever sung. Period.

I think a lot of these set lists are very unrealistic - Stevie's response would probably be "in your dreams."

We all know she'll keep Sorcerer in the list...since she likes "3" she'll probably put moonlight, rhiannon, and sorcerer next to each other in the setlist to be part of a theme. Now that would be cool.

So here's what I think it would look like...

1. Ghosts Are Gone (or In Your Dreams)
2. OTR/Dreams
3. Secret Love
4. If Anyone Falls
5. Stand Back
6. Moonlight
7. Rhiannon
8. Sorcerer
9. Gold Dust Woman
10. Landslide
11. Annabel Lee
12. Wide Sargasso Sea
13. Edge of Seventeen

ENCORE
14. Italian Summer
15. Love Is

Instead of what she should "add" here's what I do not want to see in the set list:

Outside the Rain
Enchanted
Stop Draggin My Heart Around
Cheaper than Free
How Still My Love
Everybody Loves you
SORCERER
FALL FROM GRACE
Rock and Roll
You Wreck Me
Has Anyone Ever Written Anything for You

We all know Stevie rehearses to within an inch of her life. We all know Stevie has been battling pneumonia of late. We also know she toured with Rod Stewart earlier this year (BIG ****ING MISTAKE!).

She should have used the time she wasted going on the road with Rod Stewart to rehearse a set list for an In Your Dreams tour that includes several of the new songs.

To those of you who flame "Fall From Grace", hate to break it to you, but there are also plenty of fans who do love the song and who would be epically pissed if that song were taken out of the set list. And "Sorcerer" as the worst song Stevie's ever sung? Really? "Destiny", "Docklands", "Silver Hurl", uh, I mean "Silver Girl", "When I See You Again", "The Second Time", "Every Day", "Jane" and "Cheaper Than Free" are all AWFUL, and that's just off the top of my head.

What Stevie should have been saying is, "I'm going to go on the road to promote this record, and I'm going to sing several of the new songs. If you're coming to hear the hits, you'll hear some of them, but if you don't want to hear new material, you'll all get over it. I've got a record to support.

"There'll be plenty of time to hear me do the same sets over and over again the next time I tour. Right now, you're going to hear a lot of In Your Dreams, so get used to it!"

my 26 song concert set would be and Mama would be tired I think after my set but it will be worth it besides new songs she needs to pull out gems not heard too or in a long time. I think this would be a killer setlist I know its long but I think its a good set list. of course right before she goes on she plays Destination Unknown by Missing Persons.

1. Trouble in Shangri-La intro like she did in 2001 then kick right into the song.
2. Wild Heart
3. New Orleans I like to hear this accoustic
4. Secret Love
5. No Spoken Word
6. Whole Lotta Trouble
7. Rhiannon - Piano Version then into Rock Version
8. Annabel Lee
9. Moon Light
10. Gold Dust Woman
11. I Can't Wait
12. Night Bird
13. If You Ever Did Believe
14. Ghosts Are Gone
15. Planets Of The Universe
16. Sorcerer
17. Wide Sargasso Sea
18. In Your Dreams
19.Love Is Like A River
20. Twisted
21. For What It's Worth
22. Edge Of Seventeen
Encore:
23. You May Be The One
24. Imperial Hotel
25. Blue Lamp
26. Love Is

This is the setlist I'm expecting for the upcoming show where she's supposed to debut new material, depending on if there are indeed guests or not....
01 Stand Back
02 Outside The Rain
03 Dreams
04 Sorcerer
05 Secret Love
06 In Your Dreams
07 If Anyone Falls
08 Rhiannon
09 Moonlight
10 Landslide [w/Sheryl Crow]
11 Everybody Loves You [w/Dave Stewart]
12 Gold Dust Woman
13 Edge Of Seventeen
14 Cheaper Than Free [w/Dave Stewart]

However, I would KILL for this to be the actual setlist....

01 In Your Dreams
02 Outside The Rain
03 Dreams
04 Stop Draggin' My Heart Around [w/Dave Stewart]
05 Everybody Loves You [w/Dave Stewart]
06 Secret Love
07 Rhiannon
08 Moonlight
09 Planets Of The Universe
10 Stand Back
11 Soldier's Angel [w/Lindsey Buckingham]
12 Gold Dust Woman [w/Lindsey Buckingham]
13 Talk To Me
14 Whole Lotta Trouble
15 Landslide [w/Sheryl Crow]
16 If You Ever Did Believe [w/Sheryl Crow]
17 Edge Of Seventeen
18 Italian Summer

I just can't see her doing Italian Summer live, would her band even be able to play it? I'd doubt she'd be able to hold that final note live, either.

If I were to be a pessimist, I'd say we'd see her Heart and Soul setlist, with Fall From Grace subbed out for Ghosts Are Gone, Secret Love staying in, and Everybody Loves You + Cheaper Than Free played with Dave Stewart. I'd love nothing more than to be proven wrong, though

Outside The Rain
Dreams
Moonlight
Rhiannon
Landslide
Gold Dust Woman

BAND INTROS -

Annabel Lee
Sorcerer
Enchanted
Ghosts Are Gone
Edge Of Seventeen

ENCORE:

Stand Back
In Your Dreams
Love Is
There should a fresher, more inspired opener. The Outside the Rain/Dreams is so typical and stale. If Dreams has to be included, put it later in the set, then it would feel a little less stale. I do give her props for changing up the openers on rare instances: Stand Back, Fall From Grace, etc... Performing Dreams as the second song in a set list just sucks up the energy built up from the opener.

This a nice list of what I wouldn't miss in a Stevie show. It would leave room for a great fresh set list.

Exactly.

I dont care what she plays, but I could really do without Dreams and Love Is.

It's so hard to predict what Stevie will or will not perform...while some suprises would be nicem, I don't expect any. She'll probably start the tour with new material and gradually phase it out or replace the new stuff with old as she has sometimes done on previous tours.

That said, if she tours and doesn't included For What It's Worth and You May Be The One and In Your Dreams - I'll be admittedly very disappointed.
