In Your Dreams Survivor: Episode #4

[Musicman408]

Hey all!

First of all, I want to thank all who have participated. Turnout has been great, and it's nice to see some spirited debate with this classic new album. It's been interesting also, seeing some voting strategy because of the whole concept. Just a reminder, after episode 8, we will be merging into one tribe, so keep that into consideration.

I also just wanted to mention this, to make sure I don't forget: once the tribes merge into one, voting will again have two components. You'll select a song from the poll that you want to give immunity to (presumably a favorite), and you would then post which song you're voting off. BUT, don't worry about this until the merge- I'll let you know.

So, as we can see, Tribe 2 was sent to "tribal council" for the second episode in a row, so only votes for songs in that tribe are counted. Here are the results.

Ghosts Are Gone: 12 votes
My Heart: 4 votes
New Orleans: 2 vote

So, that means Ghost Are Gone with regards to this game is a ghost, who is now gone.

Episode 4 brings about a lot of excitement. Will Tribe 2 be headed to tribal council for a third straight episode??? We'll find out!

Tribe 1:

Moonlight
For What It's Worth
Secret Love
Cheaper Than Free (voted off Episode #1)
Everybody Loves You
In Your Dreams
Italian Summer

Tribe 2

Wide Sargasso Sea
New Orleans
My Heart
Annabel Lee
Soldier's Angel (voted off Episode #2)
You May Be The One
Ghosts Are Gone (voted off Episode #3)

So again, poll vote for which tribe you want to send to tribal council, then select your song! Vote early and often! And Enjoy- this has been an entertaining survivor!

I've switched my tune, and am voting My Heart off. I ADORE the TISL outtake, or whatever the technical term is, but to me the vocal sounds almost the same, and is the weakest of the album. I do love the song- as I do the entire album, but with what's left, this isn't stacking up for me as much.

"New Orleans" needs to go next...

Everybody Loves You

[Artemis]

Die, My Heart, die.

The only song on the album that I actually can't stand.

Such strong opposition! I kind of feel the same, it just doesn't fit well.

Just a note to all, make sure you poll vote for the tribe you want to see send a song home as well as typing in your choice, otherwise it's like your vote didn't count.

New Orleans to go.

Ditto. My Heart must go - can't believe it's survived 3 rounds

My Heart is awful, just awful. It breaks my heart what could have taken it's place as a bonus track...

It's because people love the song....just not this version, but their sentimentality for the TISL version is carrying over to this game. That's why I didn't vote for it.

Is it right? No. But it's true.

In principle, it should not have been included since it is not on the regular CD release.

My Heart

It will always be a TISL song.

New Orleans. Barf.

I get the My Heart hate, and I prefer the TISL version, but at least there is something I like about My Heart. I do not, however, have any fond memories of a great version of New Orleans. Therefore, goodbye, please.

[1934mission]

I listen to My Heart less than the others

My Heart needs to go..
