I have a gut feeling that she WILL do a solo tour this summer in the states from July-September...they may be holding off on an announcement til the next single drops for promotional purposes.

I will know more after the Wiltern show. I think it's shame if she doesn't go out more but it has more to do with money/business than her desire for sure.
This drives me crazy! Why on earth go through all the effort to put out an album like this and then never perform the songs live for an audience? What the hell are they thinking?

You know if the Mac tours next year, we're not going to hear these songs then, either.

Keep in mind that EVERYONE tours in the summer and you can't just pull that off last minute as most acts have had this planned for months. Scheduling becomes tricky when you are trying to fill holes instead of plotting routing. This is why IF she does go out, it will be in select markets on a small scale.

I don't have confirmation but I have heard the same rumblings that someone else posted last week. I see this as more plausible (although disappointing) than her going out solo. Rod is guaranteed money, less pressure and bigger venues. She can't say no to that--especially since she might be looking at sheds in the summer if she goes solo.

Those of you that are going tonight.Have a awesome time and be safe.Take some photos and vid's for us.Ok on the note that if she does come back out later with Rod.At this point she probably have to turn her setlist upside down in order to play some new tunes from the new cd.Dump the covers and sing the digest versions or a medley of tunes in order to keep her time short. But if she alone .she can open right up.anyway have a blast tonight guys.

i just hope that if h&s starts again, she gets more songs. at least 15. that's her max anyway. Stevie only did 12 (including leather & lace). she could do her usual (stand back, if anyone falls, outside the rain, dreams, sorcerer, gold dust woman, fall from grace, Rhiannon, landslide, edge, love is, rock n roll) and 3 new songs (secret love + 2 others)

Default Casino tour

If she says no to Rod.She probably get onto the casino tour bandwagon again .like shes been doing. The shed shows are not good for her health .I've noticed.the crappy air like we have in the northeast dont do here justice to her lungs.I think she will continue with the casinos She will make stops in Atlantic City ,Verona,Mohegan Sun
in the city she has a choice of MSG,Radio City.If lucky Webster.

Default Incredible Show in Abq!!!!

Just got home from tonight's show. It was incredible. She is definitely feeling better, however there were parts where you can tell her voice was still not 100%. She did an awesome wailing thing for Edge though; it wasn't her normal wail, but she pulled it off nicely. I had 6ht row seats, but security allowed people up to the stage at the start of the show, so I was feet away the entire time.

Set list was the same as the past couple of shows [I think]

1. Stand Back
2. Outside the Rain
3. Dreams
Spoke to the crowd about how she lived in Albuquerque during the 2nd and 3rd grades, and how some cat (maybe her cat?) would bring dead rats to the door and they always had to act proud of the cat, because that is how you treat cats. The crowd laughed at this. It was a great storytelling part of the show. She also says she remembers vividly the winds blowing the sand against the back of her legs (it was a windy night), "I'm 63 now, but I remember it like it was yesterday." That was interesting because I always wondered her age when she lived here, finally discovered the answer to that tonight.
4. Secret Love
5. Sorcerer
6. Gold Dust Woman
7. Fall from Grace
8. Rhiannon
9. Landslide
10. Edge of Seventeen
11. Love Is

Well I am pretty sure the other shows had 10 songs, tonight there were 11. I didn't go back to check the old set lists, but above is what she performed tonight. Is GDW newly added?

It was a cold night, for May in Albuquerque. I know many of you like to know, I think she wore the same black dress the entire night (I don't pay close attention to her clothing, unless it's not black), she wore her platform boots most of the night, at some point (right before Edge maybe) she changed to her platform black sneakers. She had a black coat on most of the night, and a big one "from Germany" at the end of the show, and she said she was now too warm.

Even though they rescheduled it, it still appeared to be a sold out show. The crowd was totally and completely into it. I was rather surprised how the crowd took to Love Is. One of my favorites, but I wasn't sure how it would go over with the crowd. Everyone seemed mesmerized by it, and I heard a few people talking about what a great song it was on the walk out. All in all, another fantastic show here in Albuquerque. Stevie was awesome!!!!

Wondering why she isn't singing MORE newer songs from "In Your Dreams?" Think I will save money to see Lindsey this year and buy his new CD. I don't understand why she isn't including Annabel Lee, Moonlight or Italian Summer to the set?

OK, I'm having a brain fart. Is she still touring with Rod, since she only did 11 songs?

Baffling, isn't it? New album. Fantastic album. Exciting album. Stevie loves the new album. But let's play the same old crapola. That will certaintly help sales.
