This seems very likely. Lindsey likes to play the "starving artist" card, but there's no reason he can't go and play in Europe, other than it would cost him too much. I'm sure he could fill a place in London if he's worried about an empty venue.

Sorry if I repeated anything. I came into this thread late.

Amsterdam dude. I'll be there.
I've been thinking about Jools as well. Lindsey is perfect for Jools but i guess because he'll have to pay for his trip to the UK himself, it's safe to say that will never happen.

But i'll join in here : LINDSEY ; JUST COME TO EUROPE !!! NOW !!!!!

He could sell out London & Glasgow in decent sized venues.

I know exactly what you're saying - I hate thinking that way about him because I love him so much, but I am thinking like this.

Like, do your fans outside the USA not matter? Do we not bleed when we're cut? Oh God, now I'm going all Shakespearean!!!

Lindsey - hear us, please!

Of course he could - and Manchester, Sheffield, Birmingham, Dublin, Belfast!

Wish there was some damned way we could get this across to him

Manchester would MOST DEFINITELY be an obvious choice for him. he saw for himself the quality and size of MEN arena during the Unleashed tour, and he could easily fill it if he tried.

I reckon, flying solo, he'd be better trying for a couple of shows at somewhere like the Apollo Manchester.

Aaaah, thank you

We know the chances are good that we'll get to see the Mac again over here.

But we'd just like to be able to see Lindsey solo in one of the smaller initmate venues and get to hear his own stuff live.

We do feel rather forgotton about by him

washington, DC area, so i plan to see several east coast dates (definitely baltimore MD one, for example). judging by the 3 dates announced so far, seems that you will probably be able to catch several west coast dates, including that vegas one.

Lindsey has a lot more money than the average solo artist trying to tour abroad but from what I understand, it really CAN be very difficult and expensive for American artists to play in Europe. Especially people like Lindsey where you could hope that he'd at least sell out shows in a few major cities but truth be told, he didn't come close to selling out most of the shows on the GOS tour in the States and there's no real evidence that the shows abroad would be any better, or even as well, attended. You could still say that because Lindsey has the money, he should go anyway and be willing to spend some of his money to give his fans there what they have been waiting for but I can see why he and his management are hesitant to do so if it would likely be at a total loss to him. I remember during the GOS tour, there were rumors that the shows were costing more than he was getting back and it would only be a higher percentage abroad unless he really was able to sell them out.

That said, I completely sympathize with you guys in Europe and hope something DOES work out. I am sure it is beyond frustration to be somewhere your favorite artist never comes.
