Actually, she says "can't" more like another word that I can not mention in public as it is just not decent!

I really didn't think her performance of Secret Love was that bad. It was better than the other two that have been professionally shot, imo. She was shaky in the beginning and a little flat maybe once or twice but it was not nearly as bad as people make it out to be, and she CERTAINLY was not off-key.

Landslide was a really solid performance on all accounts; however, I have to say that after hearing it so many times I was initially jarred by the shortening of the intro and the omitting of the second verse.

Back from Dancing with the Stars from last night. The audience was very receptive and definitely would have taken more performances from her. That's always a good thing. Another funny thing is, no one in the studio audience was really watching the dancers - they were watching her - which happens from time to time, but honestly, not often in the several times I've been lucky to go to a DWTS taping.

Stevie was all smiles and cheerful and mingled throughout the crowd greeting and saying hi to people and was chatty with the dancers and the contestants - definitely in good spirits.

It was definitely a good venue for her and good exposure - it's just a shame the show at times doesn't do more to promote the artist and their new material outside of letting them come on stage, sing a song, and come off. Dancing with the Stars is a very "get on, get off" pace.

Many were asked, but "publicly" the "camp" is still very quiet on what's being planned in the next few months when it comes to talking about the new album and new projects.

They should have had a segment on Stevie teaching all of the dancers how to twirl.

Tonight .I would recommend to watch the entertainment news shows like ET,Extra,Access Hollywood and the E channel.They probably mention Stevie's appearance on DWTS last night.

I know! Somebody at work actually told me she was on this show and I was like, shut up, she was not. I just couldn't believe it and I had the same reaction as you when I watched the clips. I don't know whose idea this was, but it was ill-advised. Not because of the way she looked or sounded, but because I think it's a step down. I can't believe people watch shows like DWTS.
The only good thing I can say about her being on Solid Gold was that she was probably the only person ever to perform live on there and not lip-synch.

That was sort of expected - typical for the fact that shows like that are very tight with time frames, thus the trucated version. It wasn't her choice.

Yes, I realize. It just didn't settle with my ears because I'm so used to hearing it the original way. I thought, if anything would be shortened, it would be that the instrumental break and the repeated chorus would be cut.

I did love the skirt and the boots.

but seriously, how beautiful would a dance to Moonlight have been - or even Ghosts Are Gone? sigh.

Me too. Her top was like a very boring muted grayish-black and made her look flat chested. Why not something a little more flashy for the occasion. Not over-the-top but more fitting for 15 million viewers. Her hair looked great though.
