There is not any song on the new CD that I really dislike, but a few on TISL that I never need to hear again.

Funny that "In Your Dreams" and "Italian Summer" have been deemed 2 of the best Stevie songs ever by many in the press, yet this poll does not show that fans like those cuts overwhelmingly.

I personally love Wide Sargasso Sea and think it's one of the best on the new album but better than Planets??? Truly shocking.

Well not quite as shocking as the fact that even one person thinks "That Made Me Stronger" is better than Annabel Lee.

1.) Trouble In Shangri-La vs. Secret Love = not a fair match, TISL is one of her best songs ever for me! Still love SL though!
2.) Candlebright vs. For What It’s Worth = close call!
3.) Sorcerer vs. In Your Dreams
4.) Planets of the Universe vs. Wide Sargasso Sea = another close call!
5.) Every Day vs. New Orleans
6.) Too Far From Texas vs. Moonlight
7.) That Made Me Stronger vs. Annabel Lee = one of the easiest picks! lol!
8.) It’s Only Love vs. Soldier’s Angel
9.) Love Changes vs. Everybody Loves You = yet another very close call!
10.) I Miss You vs. Ghosts Are Gone
11.) Bombay Sapphires vs. You May Be The One
12.) Fall From Grace vs. Italian Summer = once again, tough, tough choice!
13.) Love Is vs. Cheaper Than Free

TISL: 10, IYD: 3

It's really not a fair comparison for me though... a few of my favorite IYD tracks were up against my very favorite TISL tracks. TISL has seniority obviously since I have some true perspective on those songs... I know which ones I still really love.

That feels about right for me. The best songs on 'In Your Dreams' are near perfect, but I prefer the 'filler' on 'Trouble In Shangri-La'.

I never cared for the production of Planets on TISL. Love the demo, though.
