I'd love her to return in any form at all but I really, really doubt whether it would happen.

People aren't going to NOT buy tickets to the concert because Christine McVie isn't performing her hit new single
I don't know that the artist really has much creative control over singles, do they? I believe that's the record company's domain.

Christine involved?

What part of "NO" is that difficult to comprehend?

She's done...Fleetwood Mac is dead to her.

And at this stage in their career, how big of a hit single could it have been anyway? Were people going to storm the box office demanding their money back if they didn't hear it?

It wasn't going to be Fleetwood Mac's Smooth. Although, if Christine or any Macster had written Smooth, I would have had to kill myself with ecstasy, truth be told. Jealous.

I'm not sure what went down with that whole SYW thing. \Michele

When she says that, I'll believe it. Also, I'm going to tell you the truth. I don't mean to be morbid, but aside from regular reunions, I also envison surviving bandmembers coming together for a one-off tribute if they lose someone.

We all want her back. I don't see it happening though. because i think she is just spent as far as the band goes. We should just be happy with the years she gave us. She's so earned a nice quiet retirement
