It's interesting that such concepts as "Shipper," "Birther," "Truther" in which people devote a lot time and energy drawing connections, analyzing information, and tying it together with conjecture always ends in "er"... I wonder when that all started. There's no such term for those who think JFK assassination was an inside job or a conspiracy. It's an interesting, probably 'net-based sociological phenomenon. IT's also interesting how much valuable information "ers" provide despite their interpretations sometimes being coloured by their forgone conclusions.
I love the contribution shippers make to Mac fandom. I don't THINK I am one, but I do read the art from a shipper perspective sometime (e.g., all Lindsey's songs are about Stevie and vice-versa).
