I'm pleased to see that the information and album covers that were copied from The Penguin onto fleetwoodmac.com have now been removed from their website. I appreciate that corrective actions were made in such an expeditious manner, and look forward to more original content being developed and featured at the official site in the future.

The Penguin Discograpy
Hi, The reason why I bumped this thread up is for people
to be able to read about what happened to the "Ledge" "Penguin" owned by Marty Adelson. Part of Penguin web site discograpy was used by Sabermark and JT without permission.I Just wanted the information moved up for those that have not read it yet. take care everyone. When the darkness comes you got to fly into the light. Imagine all the ways to cope I close my eyes that gives me hope. It cures the silence. Its important to remember that nobody falls into a simple set of Labels.
